River Gate Apartments Uses Communiqué
River Gate Apartments is a brand-new student apartment community in Athens, Ohio, featuring furnished apartments, individual leases and a rooftop pool.
Communiqué is providing a state-of-the-art communication service to River Gate Apartments, a student living community in Athens, OH. River Gate’s property management team can send texts, emails and push notifications directly to a resident’s smartphone via the Live South Green App, a mobile application developed and supported by Communiqué.
“We’ve already benefitted from the App’s urgent messages feature,” said Cory Ratai, General Property Manager at River Gate Apartments. “We used the App to send out an urgent message to residents letting them know that we were turning the water off at one of our buildings that needed some repairs. It was obvious from the lack of phone calls that residents had received the message and were well aware of what was going on.”
Homestead U, the management team behind River Gate Apartments, chose Communiqué to provide an improved, streamlined communication service to its nationwide portfolio of apartment communities. Through the Live South Green App or the Communiqué desktop interface, River Gate staff members can send important messages to residents via texts, emails or push notifications. This three-pronged approach to communication ensures each resident stays updated and informed with their community’s news and events.
The Live South Green App, available on both iOS and Android devices, is one of several branded mobile Apps Communiqué has developed for property management companies nationwide. The smartphone App features a custom-designed interface complete with River Gate’s photo and brand. Residents can view community messages, events and news, as well as pay rent or request maintenance orders directly from their mobile devices. The App is maintained and supported by the Communiqué team.
