The Pavilion at North Grounds Uses Communiqué

The Pavilion Apartments in Charlottesville, VA, is a premier student housing community for students attending the University of Virginia.

Communiqué is providing a state-of-the-art communication service to The Pavilion Apartments, a student living community in Charlottesville, VA. The Pavilion’s property management team can send textsemails and push notifications directly to a resident’s smartphone via the The Pavilion at North Grounds App, a mobile application developed and supported by Communiqué.

“I’ve really loved the using the App so far, and I think our other residents feel the same way,” said Sam Benkert, resident and staff member at The Pavilion. “It’s an easy, fast, and effective way to stay in touch with our residents. From a management standpoint, I love that even if residents have yet to download the App, they still receive our messages via email or text message.”

Homestead U, the management team behind The Pavilion, chose Communiqué to provide an improved, streamlined communication service to its nationwide portfolio of apartment communities. Through the The Pavilion at North Grounds App or the Communiqué desktop interface, Pavilion staff members can send important messages to residents via textsemails or push notifications. This three-pronged approach to communication ensures each resident stays updated and informed with their community’s news and events.

The Pavilion at North Grounds App, available on both iOS and Android devices, is one of several branded mobile Apps Communiqué has developed for property management companies nationwide. The smartphone App features a custom-designed interface complete with The Pavilion’s photo and brand. Residents can view community messagesevents and news, as well as pay rent or request maintenance orders directly from their mobile devices. The App is maintained and supported by the Communiqué team.

Marty Hollingsworth, CEO of Communiqué, said he is proud to partner with Homestead U to provide the staff and student residents of The Pavilion with state-of-the-art communication services. “Homestead U manages dozens of student housing communities,” Hollingsworth said, “We are excited to offer our App and its communication services portfolio-wide to Homestead U.”
