Communiqué Exhibits at The 2017 Preiss Company Leadership Conference

The Communiqué team exhibited at The Preiss Company’s 2017 Leadership Conference in Denver, CO on May 24, 2017.

Held above the Coors Field in the heart of downtown Denver, the Leadership Conference Exposition was the perfect opportunity for Preiss managers and staff to take a look at the exciting new developments Communiqué can offer to users of the Preiss App.


The Preiss App, a mobile application developed and supported by Communiqué, has been rolled out to dozens of Preiss communities nationwide. The Preiss App and its desktop interface allows property management to send texts, emails and App notifications to residents, enabling streamlined communication with staff and residents.


The Communiqué team connected with these property management teams to present some of the App’s newest developments, including:


  • PayLease integration – seamlessly manage rent payments and Communiqué users all at once
  • Updated profile look – add a profile photo, gate codes, and more inside our new, easy-to-use interface
  • Direct message residents – message a resident individually, plus keep a chat log for message history
  • News & Events upgrade – show a history of past events, know each user who posted the message, and show full-size photos


The CQ team also promoted the very first Preiss App Download Contest. From now until September 15th 2017, the Preiss community with the highest percentage of App downloads wins a free pizza party, where our team will raffle off a month’s worth of FREE RENT for a lucky resident. We highlighted the current Top 4 Most Outstanding Preiss Communities as well, featuring Gamecock Village, Collegiate Commons, Campus Edge and Mustang Village.
