Communiqué Exhibits at The 2018 Preiss Company Leadership Conference
WILMINGTON, NC – May 25, 2018 – The Communiqué team attended The Preiss Company’s 2018 Leadership Conference at The Westin Peachtree Plaza in downtown Atlanta, GA from May 21-24. This is the second year in a row that Communiqué has sponsored the event, which gave the opportunity to network with The Preiss Company‘s top leaders and decision-makers and offered a unique platform for us to demonstrate our app.
The Preiss App, a mobile application developed and supported by Communiqué, is currently serving Preiss student housing communities portfolio wide (45+ communities). The Preiss App and its desktop interface allows property management to send texts, emails and App notifications to residents, enabling streamlined communication with staff and residents.
“We were excited leading up to this conference because of the opportunity to interact with the property managers, many of whom we hadn’t seen since last year,” said Chris Roper, Communiqué’s VP of Products. “They’re the ones using the app on a daily basis, so their feedback is invaluable to us. We released a new app update, with an all new user interface design and some new features, just days before the conference and not all managers had the time to download it. So members of our team got to introduce them to the new design for the first time in-person — it was pretty special.”
The Communiqué team connected with property managers about the latest updates to the Preiss App, such as the new design and accompanying features like the real-time home feed. Property managers were excited to learn that an integration with Real Page was in progress. Once completed, residents will be able to pay rent through Real Page’s software, right from their phones via the Preiss Mobile App.
Staff at The Lofts at Randall take home a prize for having one of the highest app download rates throughout all Preiss communities.
At the end of the event, the CQ team celebrated the top four Preiss Company communities with the highest rate of Preiss App downloads! Managers of these properties each received a $50 Amazon gift card to acknowledge their hard work and dedication in promoting the app within their communities. Congratulations to the management staff at The Lofts at Randall, Gateway Huntsville, Collegiate Commons, and Mustang Village!
